These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fp77 ("fp77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the fp77 website at https://fp77.io or any associated mobile interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the fp77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment method details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on the fp77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. fp77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

fp77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability, for which fp77 accepts no liability provided reasonable advance notice is given where practicable.

In any event, fp77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by you to your fp77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without legitimate grounds.
• Use of prohibited software or automation tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at fp77's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

fp77 aims to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith. fp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
